Preferred Format

Abobe® Illustrator®
Vector-based programs. Most vendors will accept only Illustrator files.

• Must be saved as: .eps or .ai.
• Vendors can print in Pantone spot color.
• Text must be outlined or include the font used.
• Any placed (Photoshop) raster or bitmapped images must be included separately. With placed images, the file will print as 4-color and not as spot.

Optional Format (not preferred)

Adobe® Photoshop®
Most vendors will not accept Photoshop files.

• Must be saved as: .eps, .tif, .psd or .bmp.
• Vendors can only print four-color (CMYK).
