Consistent, controlled use of the signatures and logotypes by Con‑way and its operating companies confers legal protection of the trademarks. Any use of the signatures of Con‑way or its operating companies by another party for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited, and may violate federal law.

Trademark Usage and Rights

In order to protect rights to the trademarks, the marks must be used correctly and consistently. Incorrect usage creates the risk of losing the rights to the mark. The trademarks must always be reproduced from high-quality digital artwork supplied by the Con‑way Marketing Department. They should never be altered, distorted, or rearranged. All correct configurations of the marks, including exact colors, type fonts, sizing, and element relationships are specified in this manual. Use of the marks in ways other than those specified in this manual is unauthorized.
